Trump is in trouble again: he shared secret attack plans
A recently released audio recording of a meeting about former US President Donald Trump in 2021 revealed that Trump was discussing a “secret plan” for Iran, which was masterminded by General Mark A. Milley and the Department of Defense.
The recording, obtained by The New York Times and aired on CNN, is expected to be used as evidence in Trump’s trial in the classified documents case.
In an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier last week, Trump insisted that he did not present any documents at that meeting. However, the resulting audio recording shows that Trump was talking about a specific secret Iranian document.
At the meeting, Trump was joined by people working on Mark Meadows’ autobiography and Trump’s own aides. According to the audiotape, Trump shows the documents to visitors, describing it as a “plan of attack.”
Trump’s spokesman, Steven Cheung, declined to comment on the content of the recording. This audio refutes Trump’s arguments that the documents found at his home are simply exaggerated or misleading.
