Expressing that he made a promise to the Wagner members and that he will fulfill this promise, Putin used the following expressions;
* Those who rebelled betrayed their homeland, I want to thank those who were wrong and gave up. All state organs took measures to suppress this rebellion.
*I thank the Wagner commanders who prevented the bloodshed. I promise the Wagner members who want to go to Belarus, and I will keep this promise.
3 OPTIONS OFFERED
We do not use weapons to make Wagner’s soldiers think about the consequences of their actions. Either they join the army, go to Belarus, or return home.
