Prigojin explained: We finished with Wagner
A notable statement came from Yevgeni Prigojin, the leader of the Wagner mercenary group, who withdrew his fighters with the deal reached hours after he challenged Vladimir Putin’s power in Russia.
“Our goal was not to overthrow the administration,” Prigojin said, announcing that as of July 1 the missionaries’ contract will expire and they will cease to exist.
HE SAID WE ARE GOING TO DESTROY EVERYONE
Wagner founder Yevgeny Prigojin started a riot two days ago with the following audio recorded on Telegram:
“Right now we have crossed the border on all sides. Border forces embraced our fighters. Now we are entering Rostov. Soldiers sent by the Department of Defense to intercept us, stay out of our way. We are not fighting with the children. Soldiers sent by the (Russian) Ministry of Defense to intercept us, get out of our way. We don’t kill children. Shoigu, who killed children by throwing them to the front lines without training. We will destroy anyone who stands in our way. We will go all the way.”
