Support came from Cuba to the Moscow administration

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel sent a message of solidarity to Russian President Vladimir Putin after the Wagner group’s revolt against Russian rule.

Expressing his belief that Russia’s unity and constitutional order will prevail in his post on his Twitter account, Canel supported Putin.

Canel expressed: “I express the solidarity of the Cuban people and government to the esteemed President Putin and to the brother people of the Russian Federation in the face of the armed uprising and incitement attempts in the country.” he used the phrase.

TENSION RISES QUICKLY

Yevgeny Prigojin, the founder of the private security company Wagner, accused the Russian military of carrying out an attack against Wagner and threatened to respond, Wagner’s fighters left Ukraine and entered the Rostov border region.

Russian President Vladimir Putin described Wagner’s revolt as “treason”.

Prigokhin announced that they would go to Moscow, and the Kremlin administration had increased security measures in many parts of the country.

It was reported that Yevgeny Prigojin yesterday accepted the proposal of the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, to reduce tensions in Russia.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitriy Peskov stated that the criminal case against Prigojin would be closed and the rebel leader would go to Belarus. (AA)
