Outrageous claim in Trump investigation
CNN News, based on some sources, claimed that Smith’s team was trying to quickly verify evidence related to the eyewitness investigation.
It has been alleged that in the past two weeks, at least two Republican “fake delegates” have agreed to testify before a grand jury in exchange for limited immunity.
The witnesses in question allegedly gained access to information important to Smith’s office in the investigation of interference in the 2020 presidential election.
It was also reported that in the last two weeks, at least 6 other witnesses testified before the grand jury under the false delegate scheme related to the presidential election.
FAKE ELECTION CERTIFICATIONS SIGNED FOR TRUMP
Prosecutors on Smith’s team first collected documents and information from Republican delegates who issued false pro-Trump certificates to the federal government in the spring of 2022 in states where Joe Biden narrowly won the 2020 election.
After Trump lost the election, these fake Republican delegates signed fake voter certifications to declare Trump the winner in swing states like Nevada.
Special Officer Smith’s agreement with the witnesses in question is interpreted as an acceleration of steps regarding the Jan. 6 raid and the ongoing 2020 presidential election interference investigations against Trump.
It is chaired by former Attorney General Jack Smith, who was appointed as an authorized special expert in the investigations of the “January 6 congressional raid” and “confidential documents” against Trump.
WHAT HAPPENED?
For the investigation of classified documents, Trump’s home in Florida was raided by FBI agents on the morning of August 8, 2022.
Describing the raid and ongoing investigations as “political,” Trump denied 37 charges brought before a judge in Florida on June 13 due to the allegation against him. (AA)
