Putin’s Rival Mercenary Boss: 2024 Cartel Revealed
In the Russia-Ukraine war that has been going on for more than a year, a new move has come from Yevgeny Prigozhin, leader of the Wagner mercenary group, who has reached the point of breaking ties with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
It was claimed that Prigozhin and Wagner’s group, which had previously strongly criticized the Moscow administration and rebelled against Putin on social media, saying Moscow failed to help them, would take steps to remove Putin sooner.

Sharing videos at the front, Prigozhin listed the reasons for Moscow’s failure in the war.
A poster of Prigozhin prepared for the elections to be held in 2024 was published on social networks today. “Shoot well. Work honestly. Evgeny Prigozhin. 2024”, the photo of the Wagner founder appears in the colors of the Russian flag.
While it is not yet known who crafted the poster posted on social media, allegations that Prigozhin will enter politics have been mounting. Opposition media broadcasting in Russia commented: “It looks like the election campaign of the founder of Wagner, who has no official duty in the government or the military, although he has increased his influence in the country.”
In the elections to be held in March next year, it was claimed that Putin will achieve his victory in the fifth term. Currently, under Russian law, Putin can remain in office until 2036, or 83 years.
Prigozhin, who said he would not enter politics recently, would not comment on the allegations.
