The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has announced that it has arrested three members of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), who are monitoring decision-making centers in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa regions of Ukraine.

In the statement made by the SBU, it was reported that a large-scale special operation was carried out in various regions of Ukraine and three members of the FSB intelligence network were detained in 3 regions of the country as part of the operation.

“For each mission completed, the Russian agents charged the attacker up to $550 with their own cards,” the statement said. The amount depended on the urgency and quality of the work performed. In the Vinnytsia region, a local resident was detained, trying to determine the coordinates of the Headquarters of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and National Guard units.

“To do this, the enemy agent took photos and videos of the Ukrainian facilities and their surroundings through the windows of shops and other nearby buildings,” the statement said. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the criminal drew up the plans of the defense borders for the invaders in the territory of the Kryvyi Rih and determined the places for the storage of equipment and ammunition in the city. He acted under the guise of an unemployed man to gather intelligence. In particular, he periodically found work as a laborer near or on the territory of critical facilities. In the Odessa region, a member of the Russian intelligence network was detained in search of passwords to move around the city and pass checkpoints during curfew. He was also supposed to detect the GPS coordinates of the military installations in the region where the regional headquarters is located. To do this, he toured the region and made special marks on electronic maps.
