Overçuk said that a report on the results of the meeting will be submitted to the heads of state and that they agreed to continue the tripartite talks at the level of deputy prime ministers.

The Arazdeyen (Yeraskh)-Julfa-Mehri-Horadiz railway line that existed during the Soviet Union was destroyed due to the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia.

In the tripartite declaration signed by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia after the Second Karabakh War, there was an article about the reopening of the old transport lines. (AA)
