terrified wild elephant
According to Sky News, a wild elephant named “Arikomban” in the provincial city of Cumbum has been terrorizing the city in recent years by harming people and the environment.
The townspeople were asked to “stay in their homes for the weekend” while authorities tried to calm the wild elephant and relocate it to its habitat.
In the village, while the electricity was cut off due to the wild elephant, public transportation was also stopped.
The eleventh victim of the wild elephant was the driver who tried to escape from the elephant with a 3-wheeled “tuk-tuk” used in urban transport.
While 3 people in the town were injured, Arikomban withdrew to the forest area.
