Russian and Ukrainian capitals attacked with drones and missiles
With more than a year of war between Russia and Ukraine, Russian forces launched a series of air strikes on the Ukrainian capital last night.
An apartment block was badly damaged in the airstrike on the Ukrainian capital kyiv, and one person was killed, according to initial reports. It was announced that four people were injured in the Russian attack. Ukrainian officials stated that air defense systems prevented the attacks, while more than 20 UAVs were destroyed.

“The attack was very violent and came in different waves from different directions,” said Serhiy Popko, head of kyiv’s military administration. Russia has carried out a series of attacks against the Ukrainian capital kyiv, mainly at night, using drones and missiles.
The attacks that took place last night were also recorded as Russia’s 17th attack this month.
DRONE ATTACK IN MOSCOW
On the other hand, in the morning an air raid was carried out on Moscow, the capital of Russia. In the statement, it was noted that many unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) crashed into buildings in Moscow and this attack caused minor damage.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said: “All emergency teams are on the scene. No one was seriously injured in the incident,” he said.
Russian media reported that residents of a building on Profsoyuznaya Street in Moscow were evacuated.
