FOR THE STABILITY OF THE MEDITERRANEAN…

In an interview with the Italian newspaper Il Messaggero, Tajani made assessments of the issues on the international agenda. Recalling that the presidential and general elections were held in Turkey yesterday, Tajani commented: “Turkey continues to be one of the main interlocutors for us in NATO and for the stability of the Mediterranean.”

When asked about prolonging the war in Ukraine and not prolonging the Black Sea Grain Corridor deal, Tajani said: “This is a scenario we don’t want to think about.
