Netanyahu: We are prepared for any eventuality
Netanyahu noted that they launched a military operation called “Shield and Arrow” at night and killed three Islamic Jihad leaders.
Claiming that the three people they killed were responsible for rockets fired from Gaza into Israel and attacks in the occupied West Bank, Netanyahu declared that he had ordered preparations for an attack on the Gaza Strip after rockets were fired at Israel last week.

On the other hand, according to a written statement from Netanyahu’s press office, the Israeli prime minister, in a speech he attended at a conference that day, said that he had “instructed the Israeli army to prepare for conflict in multiple fronts”.
Stating that they are fighting Iran’s attempt to wage war against Israel on multiple fronts, Netanyahu argued that 95 percent of his country’s security problems stem from Iran.

According to the Defense Ministry press office, Defense Minister Yaov Gallant called on local Israeli rulers in the Gaza Strip to be “prepared for any scenario, including protracted conflict.”
In Israeli press reports, it was claimed that some Israelis living around the Gaza Strip left their homes and went to other parts of the country.
The Israel Public Broadcasting Organization (KAN) announced that education was suspended tomorrow due to the situation in Gaza in the city of Yavne in the central region.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army continued its attacks on the Gaza Strip, which it struck at night, in the afternoon.
THE POSSIBILITY OF HAMAS JOINING THE CONFLICT
On the other hand, in the news of the Israeli press it is evaluated if Hamas will get involved in the conflict.
Israeli Energy Minister Yisrael Katz, in a speech on Kanal 12 television, threatened to “assassinate Yahya Sinwar,” one of the movement’s leaders, if Hamas gets involved in the conflict.
Hamas Movement leader Ismail Haniyeh also claimed in a written statement that “Israel miscalculated the assassination operation and will pay the price.”
In the attacks carried out by the Israeli army in Gaza, 15 Palestinians, including children and women, lost their lives and 20 Palestinians were injured.
Tensions in the region rose when Palestinian prisoner Hıdır Adnan died on May 2, after an 87-day hunger strike against Israel’s “administrative detention” in prison without trial.
Rockets were fired from Gaza in the direction of Israel, and the Israeli army attacked Gaza from the air. The tension in the region resulted in a ceasefire after 24 hours. (AA)
