Turkish doctors who went to Europe broke the record of the century
Turkish doctors who went to European countries, especially Germany, broke the record of the century. In the first three months of this year, 700 doctors received a “Certificate of Good Conduct” from the Turkish Medical Association. Based on the first three months of previous years, the highest rate in the number of physicians receiving certificates was in 2022. Last year, 567 physicians received certificates.
253 doctors in 2021, 221 doctors in 2020 and 275 doctors in 2019 requested this document. Before 2019, the number of doctors going to Europe was well below these figures.
WITH SPECIAL PERMISSION OF EU LAW
The German Employment Agency has prepared a special regulation for Turkish language-learning doctors to go to Europe, take the German exam and obtain a certificate of conformity.
In the brochure, which describes the stages Turkish doctors will go through, doctors for visas were shown Article 19 paragraph 3 of the European Union Blue Card Law. Consequently, Turkish doctors, who are presented with a commercial agreement that will allow them to earn at least 41,808 euros a year, will receive a Blue Card, which grants work and residence permits.
THERE WILL BE A RIGHT TO PERMANENT RESIDENCE
Those who find themselves in this situation will need the approval of the Employment Agency. This condition will not be required of foreigners or Turks who have completed their medical training in Germany. If a Turkish doctor finds a job, he will receive a gross salary of 53,600 euros.
You can come with a visa to be obtained from the foreign units of the EU or from the foreign representation of Germany. For this, the approval or information of the Employment Agency will not be requested. Medical specialists are expected to benefit from this particular substance.
Turkish doctors working in Germany for 21 consecutive months will get the right to settle in this country. The same rule will apply to those going to other EU member states.
