Russia hits Ukraine: loss of life increases
The death toll in the Russian rocket attack in the Ukrainian city of Uman rises to 23.
In the statement made by the Emergency Situations Service of Ukraine, “After the attack, a part of the multi-storey building was demolished. Search and rescue efforts took more than a day to complete. Unfortunately, 23 people died, including 6 children. 17 people were rescued and 19 injured,” he said.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy made a statement on the Russian-organized rocket attack on the Ukrainian city of Uman.
