Israeli police detained a Turkish citizen in Aksa

Fanatic Jewish settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem, under the protection of Israeli police, this morning.

According to his friends, 24-year-old Turkish citizen Özgecan Mutlu was reading the Koran near the Rahmet Masjid in Aksa during the raid by fanatical Jewish settlers. The Israeli police took the Turkish woman’s bag to take Mutlu away.

The police tried to get Mutlu out by walking towards Aksa’s Esbat Gate with her bag in hand. Mutlu, who was after her bag for a while, was stopped by several police officers while she was trying to re-enter Aksa and they took her out of Aksa.

The Israeli police spokesman has yet to respond to the AA reporter’s questions about the incident. (AA)
