Bad news for the Turk who bought the street in Germany
In Zweibrücken Town, Germany, the fight between the Germans in the street grows with Türk Yıldırım S., who bought the 100-meter-long Siebenpfeifferstr.
The first bad news came from the municipality when the investor Turk told the Germans: “I won’t give you the right of way if you don’t pay the money.”
The municipality stated that since the former owner of the street could not afford the repair and renovation costs of 180 thousand euros, the street was put up for auction and the new owner Yıldırım S. should pay this amount.
“I DON’T HAVE A GIFT”
16 building owners and a total of 30 street residents appealed to a lawyer against the letter “If everyone does not buy the stretch in front of your door by May 3, I will close it on the street.” If the owner of the street is Turkish, “It is my property. I want money to use them. I am not in a position to give gifts to anyone,” he said.
Yıldırım S., who asked those who want to buy the section in front of his door to introduce him to him in the letter he sent, is believed to be currently in Turkey.
20 THOUSAND EUROS PER HOUSE
When the landlords say: “He is greedy for money”; Yıldırım S. argued that it is normal for him to do business for profit. Although the outcome of the confrontation is eagerly awaited, everything indicates that a similar situation experienced before is against Yıldırım S..
TWO YEARS AGO, THE STREET LOSES ITS OWNER
The residents of the neighbourhood, who started their investigations after the Turkish citizen bought the street, learned that a similar situation occurred two years ago when the street called “Zum Forellenbach” in Stormarn Town in Schleswig Holstein was sold.
The person who bought the place sent a letter to the neighbors asking them to “take the sections in front of your door or pay you the right of way.” He even closed the street by bringing concrete blocks.
After the situation, the neighborhood went to court. The local court ruled that the street could not be closed and that money could not be demanded under duress in this way.
APPROVED BY THE SUPERIOR COURT
The higher court upheld the decision. The appeal against the decision dated October 7, 2021 was also closed.
In addition, the Zweibrücken Municipality Land Registry Office announced that some owners have already been granted a “right of way” on the street that Yıldırım S. bought and this has been registered.
The decision of the high court is expected to be shown as an example against Yıldırım S. It is not known whether Yıldırım S., who lives in Rheinböllen, which is about 2 hours away from the street he bought, has examined the auction file well. and if you have seen the cost of 180 thousand euros.
