The grisly event… Young children brutally murdered: Serial Killer Panic
South Africa was rocked by the horrific incident in the country’s largest city, Johannesburg.
The bodies of Nqobile Zulu, 5, and Tshiamo Rabanye, 6, who were abducted while playing in the street in the Soweto district on the outskirts of the city, were found in the middle of the street.
During examinations, it was determined that the genitalia, nose and lips of Zulu and Rabanye, who were said to be very close friends, were amputated and the corpses were severely damaged.
Investigations and studies were started for the murderer of the children, who was found the day after their kidnapping. It was also claimed that the bodies of the children were found in separate locations in White City and Rockville. While the Gauteng District Police Chief stated that work has started to find the killer, it was indicated in local media that the person who committed the murder may be a serial killer.
CALL TO PARENTS
Although drawing attention to the fact that many similar murders have been committed in the region recently, local authorities called parents and warned: “Be careful with your children.” “Recently, there has been an increase in cases of child abduction and subsequent murder. “We are working to find the reason and the suspects,” he said.
Tshiamo’s grandmother, Nqobile Ndlovu, said: “This is a tragic event. I am so angry, I lost my grandson. He was the son of my first son, who passed away in 2020. I was consoling myself with my grandson. They said her throat had been slit,” she said.
