Ukraine: 5 Dead, 15 Wounded in Russian Missile Attacks
Pavel Kirilenko, Head of the Donetsk Region Military Administration, said in a statement on his social media account that Russia attacked the city of Slovyansk with S-300 missiles around 4:00 p.m. local time.
Noting that 5 apartments and 5 houses were damaged in the attacks, Kirilenko said: “As of 6:00 p.m., it is clear that 5 people have been killed and 15 people have been injured.” he gave the information.
Noting that there may be 7 people, including a child, among the remains, Kirilenko said that search and rescue and health teams are continuing their work at the site.
On the other hand, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in a statement on his social media account, claimed that the Russians “brutally bombed” Slovyansk, saying: “They hit the houses.” Unfortunately, there are wounded and dead.” he used his statements.
Noting that Russia “showed its true face by killing people in the middle of the day,” Zelenskiy asserted that all manifestations of terrorism would be held accountable.
Zelenskiy stated that they “will not leave any trace of Russia and a single enemy with impunity on their soil.” (AA)
