Civilian casualties in Russian attack on Zaporizhia
7:45 am | Two people have been killed in a Russian attack on a residential complex in the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia. It would be a 50-year-old man and his eleven-year-old daughter who ended up under the rubble. Ukrainian emergency services said a 46-year-old woman believed to be the girl’s daughter was rescued.
Ukrainian authorities say the Russians fired two rockets last night, completely destroying one building and damaging others. The attack was part of a series of recent Russian strikes against civilian targets.
