Condemnation of the Tel Aviv attack by Italy

Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni expressed her deep regret that an Italian citizen lost his life in the double attack in Tel Aviv last night.

In a post on her Twitter account, Meloni announced the identity of the Italian national who was killed in the gun attack and vehicle run-over in Tel Aviv, the Israeli capital, last night, saying: “We offer our deepest condolences and condolences. for the loss of the life of Alessandro Parini. We express our closeness to his family and those injured in the incident, and our solidarity with the State of Israel, which is the target of this vile attack.”

Prime Minister Meloni noted that their governments are in contact with the Israeli authorities regarding the attack to determine if other Italian citizens were affected by the attack.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani also shared the information on Twitter that the Israeli authorities confirmed that the Italian citizen who died in the attack was Alessandro Parini, commenting: “I declare that I strongly condemn terrorism and express my closeness to families.”

HIGH TENSION IN THE REGION

The Israeli police’s intervention against Muslims at Masjid al-Aqsa with sound bombs, rubber-coated bullets and batons on two consecutive nights, using disproportionate force, escalated tension in occupied East Jerusalem and escalated into events.

The Israeli army announced that a series of rockets were fired from Lebanon towards the northern regions of the country and warning sirens were activated in the northern regions of the country.

While driving in the capital Tel Aviv last night, a person first hit pedestrians on the sidewalk, then opened fire on surrounding pedestrians, killing 1 person and injuring 7 others.

Palestinian resistance groups stated that the armed attack and smashing of vehicles in Tel Aviv was a natural response to “crimes” committed by Israel against Masjid al-Aqsa and Muslims. (AA)
