Iran: Israel Will Retaliate!
According to the statement published on the official website of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Kenani made a statement about the Iranian soldiers who lost their lives in the attack carried out by Israel on the night of March 31.
Kenani evaluated the continuation of Israel’s attacks against Syria as a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of this country, and stated that it is a violation of international law.
Saying that “the blood of these high-ranking soldiers who lost their lives was not wasted,” Kenani said, “Iran reserves the right to respond to the fake Israeli regime’s state terrorism at the appropriate time and place, as well as to the political and legal prosecution of such attacks and homicidal acts.” he used his statements.
REACTION OF THE ARMY OF REVOLUTIONARY GUARDS
Separately, according to Iran’s official IRNA news agency, the Revolutionary Guard Army made a statement on the Israeli attack on the countryside of Damascus, the Syrian capital, on Friday.
In the statement, it was stated that the Israeli attacks will be responded to: “There is no doubt that these killings by the murderous and occupying Zionist regime will not go unanswered. We express our condolences to the families of Mikdad Mehkani and Milad Haydari, who lost their lives in these attacks.” expressions were used.
Terrorist groups supported by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, especially Lebanese Hezbollah elements, are known to exist in addition to the regime’s army in Damascus and its rural areas.
The Assad regime announced on March 31 that some points in Damascus were attacked by Israel.
Major Milad Haydari and Captain Mikdad Mehkani, members of the Revolutionary Guard Army, were reported to have been killed in the attack.
Since 2011, when the civil war began, Israel has been carrying out attacks against Iranian-backed groups and regime military points in Syria from time to time. (AA)
