Request for help from the Netherlands to seismic zones
In his post on his Twitter account, Schreinemacher stated that he visited Turkey this week and expressed his sadness at the scale of the destruction and that aid must continue.
Noting that the Netherlands has sent emergency and humanitarian aid materials since the beginning of the earthquake, Schreinemacher recalled that aid was collected in the Netherlands for those affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
WE WANT TO CONTRIBUTE
Schreinemacher stated that the Netherlands would like to contribute to the reconstruction process after the emergency aid in Turkey with energy, construction and infrastructure companies as well as financial aid.
During the visit, which also included infrastructure experts from the Dutch business world, it was stated that it contributed to the repair of the damaged hydraulic infrastructure and the access of those affected by the earthquake to clean and drinkable water. (AA)
