Switzerland approves EU package of additional sanctions against Russia
The Swiss government announced that the EU has started to implement the tenth package of sanctions against Russia.
EU member states approved the 10th sanctions package on February 25, which brings new trade bans on Russia, export controls on products and technologies that can be used for both civilian and military purposes, and additional restrictions for vehicle shippers. unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV).
Consequently, new trade bans, export controls on products and technologies that can be used for civil and military purposes were initiated, and 87 people and 34 institutions were added to the sanctions list.

Within the scope of the package, new restrictions were imposed on the export of high-tech and dual-use items that contributed to Russia’s military and technological development.
