Critical day in Prince Harry’s lawsuit against British newspaper
The UK is talking about the wiretapping case…
Prince Harry and his team of lawyers were also present at the hearing in the case, which began with the allegation that the phones of many famous names, including Prince Harry and singer Elton John, were tapped.
It was claimed that the widely read British tabloid newspaper Daily Mail was tapping into the phones of famous names and violating their privacy. The first situation took place today in London, while the newspaper denied the accusations.
Elizabeth Hurley, Sadie Frost, Elton John and her husband David Furnish have sued, and Prince Harry’s lawyer also announced that the Daily Mail had tapped phones, bugged cars and houses, and paid police for confidential information.
The Associated Newspapers, which houses the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday and Mail Online, denied the allegations, saying they were untrue.
Prince Harry sued the same company again last year and won. Harry’s wife, Meghan, also sued in 2021 and was found to be right.
