The goal of the Turkish party in Bulgaria is the coalition association
Mustafa Karadayı, Chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (HÖH), whose members are mostly Turks and Muslims in Bulgaria, made a statement on the early general elections to be held on April 2.
Taking part in the opening of the election campaign in the Ruse region in the north-east of the country, Karadayi said: “Hopefully, after these elections, we will become government partners and we will be able to solve the biggest problem in Bulgaria, the current crisis politics, and overcome it”. .” Karadayı stated that they will visit all of Bulgaria with the MRF candidates during the campaign and said: “Our goal in the elections is to increase the number of deputies, unite power in parliament, overcome the political crisis in Bulgaria after the election, to form a government and become a partner in this government.”
Karadayı, president of the MRF, which has 36 deputies in Bulgaria’s 240-seat parliament, said they will try to meet face to face with as many voters as possible by touring the country. Reminding that votes can be cast abroad in elections, Karadayı called on Bulgarian citizens living abroad and in Turkey to support MRF.
Karadayı said that, as a part, they rushed to help Turkey in the first hours after the earthquakes on February 6, which affected 11 provinces centered on Kahramanmaraş. Expressing that they plan to visit Turkey and meet with Bulgarian citizens and party voters before the elections, Karadayı said: “Unfortunately, this disaster, this earthquake prevented it, we wish Turkey a great recovery.”
5TH ELECTION IN 2 YEARS
Due to the inability of the Bulgarian Parliament to form a government in the last 4 years, the people of the country will go to the polls for the fifth time in the last two years.
The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will install ballot boxes in more than 770 points in 62 countries on 3 continents, including Turkey, so that Bulgarian citizens living abroad can direct the national policy in the general elections on April 2.
Opinion polls show that the MRF will be the third largest party among at least 5 political forces that can participate in the new parliament. (AA)
