Minister Akar had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Defense of Greece
According to the written statement made by the Ministry of National Defense, Greek Defense Minister Panagiotopoulos reiterated his condolences for the earthquakes.
Minister Hulusi Akar again conveyed his condolences for the train accident in which many people lost their lives in Greece. Akar also thanked Panagiotopoulos for the condolence message sent by Panagiotopoulos and the solidarity shown by Greece due to the earthquakes on February 6, which caused great destruction and are among the biggest disasters in the history of the Republic.
In the statement issued by the ministry, it was indicated that “In the telephone call that took place in a constructive and positive atmosphere, the Minister of National Defense Akar and the Minister of Defense of Greece Panagiotopoulos agreed to develop an agenda based on relations of good neighborhood between the two neighboring countries”.
