King Charles of England will make his first foreign visit to France and Germany
In a statement from the royal family, it was reported that King Charles and his wife will visit Berlin, Hamburg and Paris as part of their 6-day program starting on March 26.
In the statement, it was noted that the country’s new ruler, King Carlos and his wife Camila, will be received by French President Emmanuel Macron and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
As part of the visit, the King of England, Charles, will address the German Federal Assembly (Bundestag), and the King will attend the ceremony to be held at the Élysée Palace in France.
QUEEN ELIZABETH DIED IN SEPTEMBER
Queen Elizabeth II of England died on September 8 at Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, where she spent her summer vacation.
Buckingham Palace announced the same day after Queen Elizabeth’s death that Charles became “King of England” upon his accession to the throne.
