Helicopter carrying Iran’s Minister of Youth and Sports crashed during landing
According to news from the official Iranian agency IRNA, the pilot of the helicopter carrying the Minister of Youth and Sports Seccadi and his companions lost control while landing in a sports complex in the city of Baft, in the province of Kerman.
It was claimed that Seccadi, who was in the crashed helicopter, and his companions were injured, and the injured were taken to hospital for treatment.
The president of the Iranian Red Crescent, Pir Hussein Kolivend, announced that 18 people were injured, 3 of them seriously.
Kolivend reported that İsmail Ahmedi, General Director of Sports at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Adviser to the Minister, lost his life.
The head of the Kirman Emergency Center, Mohammed Sabiri, said that Minister Seccadi suffered a concussion in the accident, but his condition is relatively good.
According to IRNA, among those injured in the accident is a lawmaker named Samedullah Muhammedi. (AA)
