Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis thanks the Greek rescue team

Visiting the headquarters of the Greek Special Disaster Response Unit (EMAK) in Elefsina, Mitsotakis said, “I thank you very much for what you did in the last earthquake disaster in Turkey.” saying.

Emphasizing that search and rescue teams work in difficult conditions, Miçotakis said:

“In this environment, I think that what he is doing has not only humanitarian value, but also real value in demonstrating solidarity between the two peoples in geopolitically difficult conditions.”

Drawing attention to the love shown by the Turkish people to the Greek search and rescue team, Miçotakis stated that there was a strong message of solidarity between the two peoples.

Mitsotakis noted that the Greek team has undertaken a national mission from two different perspectives.
