4 aid trucks left Greece
Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Katsaniotis said the aid mainly includes items that earthquake victims will need, such as blankets and hygiene items.
The Turkish Embassy in Athens, which gave information about the continued humanitarian aid from Greece, thanked the aid collected by 332 municipalities in Greece in the post it shared yesterday.

There were messages of support in Turkish and English on the aid boxes sent out.

The Athens Embassy said: “We thank the Greek people for their sincere support for the earthquake victims. Your donations are collected in Athens through 332 municipalities. The messages of support on the boxes make us all emotional.”

The aid messages included messages that the Greek people supported Turkey.
The message “We are with you” was seen with a heart drawn on a charity box.
In another relief package, in Turkish, “My brothers, get well soon. My condolences. May God give strength to all of you. We, your brothers, are always with you.”
