Relief materials collected by the Greek people for the earthquake victims are on their way
In the statement made by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was stated that the relief materials collected by the Greek people for the earthquake victims in Turkey will be delivered to the port of Iskenderun by ship.
Aid materials were sent to Turkey with the coordination of the Turkish Embassy in Athens and the Consulate General of Athens-Piraeus with the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Andreas Kaçanyotis and Turkish Ambassador to Athens Çağatay Erciyes also followed the work in the port of Piraeus.
Among the products collected by the people of Greece for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey, through municipalities, regional governments and different institutions, are aid materials such as blankets, heaters, personal hygiene products and medicines. (AA)
