The new earthquake aid comes from many countries and institutions.
The World Health Organization announced that it has sent a total of 72 metric tons of trauma and emergency surgery supplies to both countries following the earthquakes that hit Turkey and northwestern Syria.
The WHO noted that the first plane was sent to Turkey on February 9 with 37 metric tons of life-saving supplies, and 35 metric tons of humanitarian aid was delivered to Syria yesterday.
He specified that rescue materials will be used for the treatment and care of 100,000 people in both countries, as well as for 120,000 emergency surgical interventions. The WHO noted that 37 metric tons of new aid will be sent to Syria on February 12, and this material will cover the urgent medical needs of 300,000 people.

Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan and Ministry Press Adviser Vahan Hunanyan announced that as of today, new humanitarian aid from Armenia is on the way.
Deputy Minister Kostanyan shared an image of the truck carrying humanitarian aid and claimed that the aid was crossing the Margara Bridge and proceeding towards the border.
LOVE CONVO FROM GREECE IS ON THE WAY
The Greek Red Cross announced that the love convoy carrying about 40 tons of humanitarian aid is heading to Gaziantep.
Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Andreas Katsaniotis stated that the 3-truck love convoy prepared for Turkey and Syria was carrying tents, blankets and sleeping bags, as well as food supplies.
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak arrived at the London College center where British aid was organized and received information about the aid.
Prime Minister Sunak claimed that the humanitarian aid, which he personally participated in packing, consisted of clothing, blankets and hygiene material.
