Iraqi YouTuber who fled to Turkey was killed by his father
Tiba al-Ali, 22, who fled Iraq to Turkey in 2017 and is known for videos she shared on YouTube, was the victim of a gruesome murder planned by her family. Dreaming of marrying her Syrian boyfriend, Ali decided late last month to visit her hometown from which she fled five years ago.
The 22-year-old YouTuber, who has long had problems with his family, who is uncomfortable with his life in Turkey, returned to his country last month to support the Iraqi soccer team in the matches of the Iraq Cup.
