According to the decision published in the Official Gazette with the signature of the President and Chairman of the AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, he was appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Turkey to the United Nations.
According to the decision, the position of Feridun Hadi Sinirlioğlu, Special Representative of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Turkey to the United Nations, was terminated in accordance with Article 4 of the Presidential Decree on the Organization of the Presidency.
