Israeli warplanes attack Gaza
According to the official Palestinian news agency (Wafa), Israeli warplanes attacked an area in the central part of the Gaza Strip with three rockets. A fire broke out in the area that was the target of the attack and material damage occurred in nearby civilian settlements.
The targets in the second airstrike, which was carried out with two rockets in the Sheikh Aclin area in the southwestern part of the city, also damaged the targets. Israeli warplanes also shelled agricultural areas in the central and northern parts of Gaza and a point north of the city of Beit Lahye.
No information was shared about the loss of life and injuries as a result of the attacks.
Last night, the Israeli army spokesman announced that a rocket had been launched from Gaza and neutralized by Israeli air defense systems.
The far-right Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir stated that he had requested an emergency cabinet meeting to assess the method of response to the rocket fired from Gaza. (AA)
