When will EYT pay the first salary, has it been approved by parliament?

EYT members who apply in February will receive their first pension entitlement on March 1, 2023. The first EYT salary payment will be credited to the account on the date determined by the registration number.

EYT REGULATION IN THE ASSEMBLY ON THURSDAY

Commission Chairman AK Bingöl Party MP Cevdet Yılmaz invited relevant ministries, employers’ and workers’ organizations, associations and platforms to discussions on the Law on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance, which includes the regulation of the EYT, and the Bill on the Modification of Decree Law No. 375.

The commission will begin discussing the proposal at 11:00 am Thursday.

THE REGULATION CONSISTS OF 4 ARTICLES

‘OUR STATE IS RECEIVING THE SUPPORT OF 500 TL’

* Second, by bringing the 5-point social security support premium to workplaces, our state commits to a support of approximately 500 TL for those who have to return to work in the same workplace within within 10 days of each employee’s retirement, and a support of 5 percent is in question.

* Third, we make arrangements for all of our hundreds of thousands of friends who are known as subcontractors and have become workers with our arrangement.

‘WE ARE PREVIOUS TO MAKE LAW LATER WEDNESDAY’

* We provide the right to retire or be self-employed to our friends who need to retire and who are transferred from subcontractor to working personnel. We abolished mandatory retirement under this law.

* We plan to discuss this in the Budget Plan Committee this week. We expect EYT to become law on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

* We anticipate that EYT will go into effect in February with salaries to be received in March.

* It is a stud that EYT members will receive less salary and have a different status.

EYT WHEN WILL THE FIRST SALARY BE PAID?

Minister Bilgin, on the question on the EYT regulation, said: “I think a regulation will come out of the Assembly where EYT members can receive their first salary on March 1st.” he used the phrase.

“Is it possible to extend the date of September 9, 1999 regarding EYT?” Responding to the question, Bilgin said: “No way, because what we call EYT is to change the law that was in force on September 8 and put an age requirement. WHO IS COVERED BY EYT?

The proposal to solve the 23-year-old problem will cover those who started working before September 8, 1999. There will be no age limit for the EYT, which will benefit 2 million 250 thousand people.

Since the EYT enactment process has not yet taken place, applications made at this time will not be valid. Once the legal process is complete, applications will be made to SSI through e-Government.

BAD NEWS FOR EYT VICTIMS OF INTERNSHIPS AND LEARNING

Approximately 2.5 million people will obtain the right to retirement after the regulation of the age of retirement (EYT). The interns and apprentices, to whom Labor Minister Vedat Bilgin tells: “They are not victims”, want the days they actually work to be counted as bonus days.

The proposal to include the bill, which includes the start of the apprenticeship and the internship as a basis for retirement, was rejected by the AKP-MHP votes.

WHAT ARE THE EYT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS?

What will be the retirement conditions of EYT members subject to SSK, BAĞ-KUR and Retirement Fund?

For retirement, there is a premium day, an insurance period, and an age requirement. EYT members will be able to retire regardless of age if or when they meet the first two conditions. This is 5,000 days of premium for SSK holders, 20 years for women and 25 years for men. 20 full years (7,200 premium days) for women and 25 full years (9,000 premium days) for men in BAĞ-KUR and Retirement Fund.

CAN I HAVE A PENSION FOR INDEBTEDNESS?

When the insured has done military service before starting work and the start date of the insurance is between September 9, 1999 and March 8, 2001, when they contract a military debt of 18 months, the start date of the insurance will withdraw as much as the period was owed to them. It is enough for them to get into debt only for the insurance to start on September 8, 1999.

CAN I DO MILITARY INDEBTEDNESS?

Those who enlisted in the military before their first insured date may advance their first insured date by incurring military debt. Thus, the date of benefiting from the EYT comes to the fore.

Since the premiums paid for military service, maternity loans, and foreign loans are calculated on the current minimum wage, those who submit their service loan application by December 31, 2022 will pay premiums on the minimum wage of this year, and those who request it after January 1, 2023 payment premiums on the new minimum wage increased by 54.66 percent.

HOW MUCH WILL EYT PEOPLE RECEIVE?

Pensions vary according to the number of premium days and working hours. Here, there are different levels based on working hours before 2000, between 2000-2008 and after 2008.

First of all, we will wait for the law to come into force. The first salary of those who submitted the withdrawal request in the month of entry into force of the law, will be paid from the first day of the month following the request.
