Paludan, who faced international public opinion and criticized President Erdoğan by announcing that he would regularly burn the Holy Quran in the Danish capital Copenhagen, continued his ugly deed today.

A large number of policemen were seen around Paludan.

Paludan, who went to Norrebro, one of the popular areas of Copenhagen, under security measures, appeared before the public with a helmet and bulletproof vest. Many people followed Paludan in the area where the police put up a barricade. Before burning the Holy Quran, Paludan made some statements with a megaphone.

Paludan’s action became the agenda of international public opinion.

While there were seen to be around 50 policemen during the Paludan action, who burned the Quran in front of the mosque, it was claimed that a large police bus was also in the area.

Many people saw Paludan’s action from behind the police barrier.

On the other hand, the Danish chancellor, Lars Lokke Rasmussen, also spoke. Rasmussen said: “Turkey and Denmark have good relations and that hasn’t changed. “There is a difference of opinion between Denmark and its people,” he said.
