US senators visited kyiv
According to a written statement by the Ukrainian Presidency, US Senators Graham, Blumenthal and Whitehouse, who held talks in kyiv, were received by Zelenskiy.
Zelenskiy briefed the US delegation on events related to the Russia-Ukraine war in a closed-door meeting with US Ambassador to Kyiv Bridget A. Brink.
At the meeting at the Ukrainian Presidency, Zelenskiy thanked the senators for their support for his country.
Recalling that the United States has approved a new arms aid package for Ukraine, Zelenskiy said: “(The arms aid package) will contain the military equipment and ammunition that we need. The United States is the leader on this extremely important issue.” he used his statements.
During the meeting, topics such as the continuation of sanctions against Russia and the continuation of military aid to Ukraine were discussed. (AA)
