French Prime Minister Borne announced the content of the pension reform, which is among the electoral promises of French President Emmanuel Macron.

After stressing that depreciation in some professions must be taken into account, Borne said that a fund of 1,000 million euros will be created to prevent professional burnout.
THE MINIMUM SALARY OF THE RETIRED WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 1200 EUROS

On the other hand, within the scope of said reform, those who start working at an early age will be able to retire earlier and workers will not have to work for more than 44 years.
The Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, stated that the pension reform will contribute 17.7 billion euros in 2030.
OPPOSITION RESPONDING TO THE PENSION REFORM

Jean-Luc Melenchon, from the Unbreakable France party, who was a presidential candidate in last year’s elections, described the pension reform announced by the government as a “serious social regression” on his Twitter account.
Marine Le Pen, Member of Parliament for the National Union (RN), said on Twitter: “The French can count on all our determination to thwart this unjust reform.” She wrote.
