Ukraine: ‘more than 100 thousand Russian soldiers died’
The Ukrainian General Staff claimed that the Russian army lost 100,400 soldiers since February 24, when the war in Ukraine began.
In a written statement by the General Staff, it was argued that a total of 100,400 Russian soldiers have been killed since February 24, when the war began, and 660 Russian army soldiers were neutralized in the last 24 hours. In the statement, it was stated that 283 planes, 267 helicopters, 3,033 tanks, 5,981 armored vehicles, 1,978 guns, 413 rocket launchers and 212 air defense systems belonging to the Russian army were destroyed by Ukraine.
In the statement, it was claimed that 4,615 vehicles, 16 ships, light speed boats and 1,693 UAVs belonging to the Russian army were destroyed, and 653 cruise missiles launched by the Russian army were also shot down by the Ukrainian defense forces.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced on September 21 that 5,937 Russian soldiers have lost their lives in the war in Ukraine. (AA)
