Verbal insult to New Zealand PM sold at auction
New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern responded to a series of questions from Opposition Leader David Seymour on December 13, and after a heated argument Ardern sat down, forgot her microphone was on and he called Seymour an “arrogant asshole”.

That part of the official parliamentary speech transcript was signed by Prime Minister Ardern and David Seymour on December 15, and the official document was put up for auction.
The auction, which is expected to end today, has been bid for $100,000. It was reported that the proceeds from the sale of the document, for which 282 people offered, will be donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand.
“Jacinda Ardern and I will be auctioning off a copy of this document to raise money, it’s a great cause to help,” opposition party leader David Seymour said in a statement about the auction. (DHA)
