Australian Prime Minister contracted Covid-19
In his post on his Twitter account, Albanese announced that he is self-isolating and will continue to work from home after his routine PCR test result came back positive.
Albanese called on all those who do not feel well to get tested and take the necessary measures for the well-being of their families.
Australian Prime Minister Albanese, who was first diagnosed with Covid-19 while conducting election surveys earlier this year, contracted the disease for a second time.
Albanese was expected to visit Papua New Guinea on December 12.
