Qatar will host the 18th race of the Formula 1 World Championship season. The 18th stage of the championship will be held on the 5,419 kilometer track of the same name as Lusail, Qatar.

The qualifying rounds for the Qatar Grand Prix will begin tomorrow at 20:00 GMT. The sprint qualifying round and the race will be held on Saturday, October 7 at 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., respectively. The 57-lap race will begin on Sunday, October 8 at 8:00 p.m. GMT.

In the organization, Red Bull driver and championship contender Max Verstappen has 13 wins, his teammate Sergio Pérez has 2, and Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz has 1 win. The sixth stage of the season, the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix, was canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
