Split from Meho Kodro in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that it has parted ways with Meho Kodro, coach of the national football team.
The Federation’s statement states that they parted ways with the 56-year-old coach, who had been coaching the national team for 2 months, and stated that Kodro’s report on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s matches against Liechtenstein and Iceland in qualifiers for the 2024 European Football Championship (EURO 2024).
The statement noted that the Football Federation Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina unanimously ruled in favor of terminating Kodro’s contract and wished him success in his future work.
During Kodro’s brief tenure as coach, Bosnia and Herzegovina won the match against Liechtenstein, but lost the match against Iceland. (AA)
