8 teams announced to have secured their last 16 World Cup tickets
At the FIBA World Cup 2023, the teams that advanced to the 2nd round in groups A, D, E and H have been announced.
In the tournament hosted by the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia, the third matches were played in pools A, D, E, and H.
After the last matches, Dominican Republic and Italy in Group A, Lithuania and Montenegro in Group D, Germany and Australia in Group E, Canada and Latvia in Group H.
In the second round, where 16 teams will compete in 4 groups such as I, J, K and L, the teams that did not play each other in the previous round will face each other. The fighting will take place on September 1 and 3.
The scores of the teams in these 2 matches will be combined with their first 3 matches and the top 2 in their group will advance to the quarterfinals.
