Sandro Tonali, 23-year-old midfielder for Milan, one of the Italian Serie A teams, transferred to the Premier League. Speaking about the transfer of Tonali, who has agreed with Newcastle United, Italian National Soccer Team manager Roberto Mancini commented on the players aged 23 and under, who have recently left the country.

Stating that Tonali’s departure from Milan was a great loss for Italian football, Mancini told Sky Sports: “It is a great disappointment that young and talented football players like Tonali have left Italy… This situation shows that there is a problem. Marco Veratti also moved from Pescara to PSG 11 years ago at the age of 19.
