Denver Nuggets win in NBA Finals: 3-1 lead over Miami Heat
In the American Basketball League (NBA) Finals, the Denver Nuggets defeated the Miami Heat 108-95 and took a 3-1 series lead.
In Game 4 of the final series, the Heat, who finished eighth in the Eastern Conference in the regular season, hosted the Nuggets, who finished as the Western Conference leaders.
The Nuggets took a very important lead on the road to the championship by beating their opponent by 13 points in the game where stars Nikola Jokic and Aaron Gordon stood out with their performances.
Jimmy Butler’s 25 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, Bam Adebayo’s 20 points, 11 rebounds and 3 assists in the Heat were not enough to avoid defeat. Kyle Lowry had 13 points, Kevin Love and Duncan Robinson each had 12 points.
In the invited team, Aaron Gordon led his team with 27 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, Nikola Jokic 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Bruce Brown added 21 points and Jamal Murray added 15 points and 12 assists.
Jamal Murray went down in history as the fifth player to have 10+ assists and never a turnover in the NBA Finals.
