Champion PSG lost to Clermont in the last match of Ligue 1

In the last week of the French First Soccer League (Ligue 1), champion Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) lost 3-2 to Clermont on the pitch.

The 2022-2023 season in Ligue 1 was completed with the matches of week 38.

PSG, who announced their championship the week before, took a 2-0 lead against Clermont, hosted at the Parc des Princes, with goals from Sergio Ramos in the 16th minute and Kylian Mbappé from the penalty spot in the 21st minute.

The name of the Spanish goalkeeper also appeared on the shirts of the PSG players who came out to warm up wearing shirts with Rico’s photo.
