Ana Maria Crnogorcevic won the Champions League with Barcelona.

Ana Maria Crnogorcevic won the Champions League for the third time. With the Swiss international record used in the final stage, Barcelona won the final against Wolfsburg 3-2.

In Eindhoven, the Spaniards claimed their second Champions League title since 2021, losing 2-0 at half-time; Tsrnogorcevic, 32, celebrated her first European Cup win in 2015 with 1. FFC Frankfurt.

Between the 48th and 70th minutes, Barcelona scored three goals. The winning goal was scored by Swedish Fridolina Rolfo, who moved from Wolfsburg to the Catalans in 2021. Wolfsburg took a 2-0 lead in the first half thanks to Poland’s Eva Payor and Germany’s Alexandra Popp.

For the unlucky Germans, this is their fourth consecutive Champions League defeat after defeats to retired Swiss Lara Dickenmann in 2016, 2018 and 2020 and against record holder Lyon.
