Three players leave FCSG – in one fell swoop

News from the transfer front of FC St. Gallen. According to St.Galler Tagblatt, Leon Dajaku has already said goodbye to the team. Alessio Besio will also go.

28-year-old Michael Kempter was given the opportunity to recommend himself for an extension to his expiring contract. But he could not take advantage of this chance – including due to injuries – and is forced to leave the FCSG after the end of the season. According to St.Galler Tagblatt, the left-back was informed about this a few days ago.

It is currently still unclear if Emmanuel Latte Lat will return to his home club Atalanta Bergamo in the summer after the end of his loan. Because FC St. Gallen plays a passive role here and must hope that the Italians do not want to do anything with Latte Lat. A similar situation with Matej Maglika.

Leon Dajaku joined Espen on loan during the winter but failed to impress after a good start and was sent off twice. According to St.Galler Tagblatt, the club’s management recently informed him that they were no longer planning to work with him. So the loan ended immediately. He said goodbye to the team on Friday.

No good news for Alessio Besio either. The 19-year-old striker has decided not to renew his expiring contract. As St.Galler Tagblatt writes, Besio would probably lack game practice, a specific plan with him and mutual trust.
